What is the PulseMesh Open Beta?
The PulseMesh open beta is your opportunity to try out PulseMesh on your own light displays while helping us identify and resolve any potential issues. To learn more about PulseMesh, check out our introduction page.
How can I use PulseMesh during the Open Beta?
You’re welcome to use PulseMesh for your 2024 display! Just remember, it’s still in beta, so you may encounter some bugs along the way. We’d appreciate it if you could report any issues you find, so we can improve the experience for everyone.
How do I get started?
Head over to our setup guide and follow the simple step-by-step setup to get PulseMesh up and running for your display.

What kinds of displays do you support today?
We currently support displays that use FPP or xSchedule as the show player. The device running FPP or xSchedule must be able to initiate connections to the internet, either over a wired or wireless connection.
PulseMesh may also support other platforms in the future. Please reach out if you would like another platform supported.
What restrictions are in place during the beta?
Currently, there are very few restrictions in place. However, as the season progresses, this may change if we discover system limitations. If you're planning to use PulseMesh for a large or critical display in 2024, please reach out to us at [email protected] to discuss your needs.
What happens after the beta period ends? Will PulseMesh continue to be free?
Once the beta wraps up, we’ll take a close look at the feedback and results to guide our next steps. We know that continuing to offer a complex service like PulseMesh for free isn’t sustainable in the long run. To keep improving and supporting PulseMesh, we expect there will be a small fee for use starting in 2025. Rest assured, we’re committed to doing what’s best for the community and will aim to keep pricing fair—while maintaining an ad-free experience for everyone.
