Web Player Session Logging

Enable session logging on the web player to troubleshoot issues

If you have been asked to enable session logging to troubleshoot an issue with the PulseMesh Web Player, this guide will provide the steps to do so.

Enable Session Logging

Navigate to https://player.pulsemesh.io?logSession=true or click here

You will be prompted that you have enabled session logging and given a session ID that uniquely identifies your session. Please record at least the first 8 characters of this ID and send it to support along with a description of the problem you faced.

Session Logging Tips

  1. Only use session logging when needed as numerous extra calls are made from your browser when it is enabled
  2. Each time you refresh your browser you will be starting a new session and will get a new ID, record each one
